Appointment Policy
In the interest of making the best use of your time and ours, we work by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority followed by patients with scheduled appointments.
"Stay the Day" Appointment
For families who are on the go, ask us about our courtesy "Stay the Day" appointment!
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

Care Credit Option
You can apply for Care Credit and receive a 3-month interest-free payment plan.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
Cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Exotic pets should be presented in their own cages if possible. If the cage is too large, please use a safe and suitable carrier.
