Training classes for dogs, 4 months through adult

Do you have a puppy or dog that struggles with self-control, especially when greeting new people?  Are you having trouble getting your pup to come when you call them?  Can your pup wait patiently by the door or do they dash outside? If you want to find the perfect pooch that is hiding inside your puppy or dog, we have just the class for you – NEXT STEPS.

A new 6 week session of Next Steps Manner will be starting on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

To help you find a class time that fits your schedule, we offer a 1PM. afternoon class and also an 8PM. evening class. Next Steps meets for an hour, once a week for six weeks. The registration for the 6 weeks of classes is $135.00 and if you are a First Steps Puppy Socialization Class graduate, you receive a $10 discount.  All dogs that are at least 4 months of age through adult aged dogs are welcome.

In class you will learn the skills you need to better communicate with your dog, so learning becomes quick and easy.  We cover all of the basics, such as: sit, down, wait, stay, come when called, loose leash walking and how to meet and greet people politely.

We will also discuss how to problem solve and come up with plans for any behavior concerns you may have.

For more information you can download our Next Steps brochure from our website,
