Appointment Policy

In the interest of making the best use of your time and ours, we work by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with scheduled appointments.  Ask about our drop-off appointment service for the family on the go.  There is no additional charge for drop-off appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

Cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Exotic pets should be presented in their own cages if possible.  If the cage is too large, please use a safe and suitable carrier.
