Paws in the Park

Every year the Animal Medical Center in Trappe, PA hosts a charity dog walk and pet fair to benefit a local rescue organization.  This is a day filled with food, games, contests, prizes, an agility demo, pet photos and of course the dog walk.  AMC depends on the generosity of local business owners, corporations, and the community to help make this event a success! 

The 4th annual Paws in the Park will be held on October 10, 2009 from 12pm to 4pm.  The event will take place at Limerick Community Park, which is located at the corner of Swamp Pike and Ziegler Road.

This year's beneficiary is East Cascade Beagle Rescue. Please visit their website at www.cascaderescue.org.

We start our "Paws Prep" early!  We send letters to many rescue groups and ask them why we should choose them as the beneficiary of our event.  When we receive the responses, we vote on the best essay.  The lucky rescue group becomes the recipient of our Paws proceeds.  It's as simple as that!  Please visit our past Paws events and photos on our site and you can volunteer to walk with your dog or be a sponsor at any time...just give us a call!
